To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.

Doktorfuture *hearts* Banana Jacks.
ReplyDeleteHah!
ReplyDeleteAlas, the Doktor does not have a Fenix. One appeared recently for sale, but the owner wanted stupid money (6k USD) and Doktor only had 3kUSD to offer initially.
ReplyDeleteThe panel can be seen at:

It seems like a good synth from a 'basics' and 'density' perspective, with all the standard bits.
The main design feature that jumps out at me is that each module is different, if slightly. That is, each VCO is slightly different, each envelope is slightly different. That is a good idea.
I've recently jumped into the Modcan/Cynthia world (Banana jacks), and am searching for someone naive and broke who wishes to sell me a Serge panel or three as well.
I will post my experiences once I get the system all together and squeeze out some tunes.
track down the analord track "Fenix Funk 5"
ReplyDeleteit's da bomb, man
