Its surprising the circuitbending fans haven't gone after the CS01. Perhaps they're too rare and too expensive for folks to fool around with.
ReplyDeleteProbably. Hopefully they also know this is a full blown synth. Would be a shame to hack one of these.
ReplyDeleteWe had two of these at school, a red mark 1 with the resonance switch and the green later model.
ReplyDeleteI tell you, when you were a young synth head, going into music lesssons really was the highlight of the day, especially when the teacher would whip out the synths! ;)
(So much cooler than xylophones... hehe)
I'd quite like one for nostalgia purposes, but they still go for much more money than they are worth - perhaps for similar reasons of nostalgia, maybe. Still, fond memories...
