Thoam Dolby is looking like Tod Dockstader :-)
ReplyDeleteBecause he was an electro geek-head from a young age, his mates called him Thomas Dolby (not his real surname) as a nickname, he liked it, it stuck.
ReplyDeleteSo yes, the Dolby comes from the noise reduction company, but there is no official relationship.
Shoulda called him Thomas Dobley... ;)
