Frac rack is pretty much ugly by definition.

I wonder if these sound the same as their larger counterparts. I mean, they have different surface mount components and stuff. It would be interesting to compare the sound of both and see if the same circuit, done with different spec'ed components and production methods sound similar.

People should spend less time whining about the 'looks' of a modular and more time patching and making music. Frac may be smaller, but it is a boon to anyone wanting to gig with their modular - not to mention keeping costs down. Frac now comes in five flavours: Paia, Blacet, Wiard, Cynthia and now MOTM! Yum!

ReplyDeletei'd like to point out that "portability" is a quantification of your willingness to carry your gear, not of the size of the gear itself.
