To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.

I always did prefer the SID's acid to the TB-303's.
ReplyDeleteI have yet to plug in my prophet63 carts. i suck.
ReplyDeletethat being said, there's a lot of knob tweaking here that doesn't actually change the sound much.
performance controllers should be designed so that a knob changes like a prime number of parameters nonlinearly dpending on the orientation of other knobs. Also, as you turn that one knob, all the other knobs re-align vis a vis this knob and ultra madness can occur.
I see no other way to achieve ultra-madness. . ..
Why couldn't they have made this thing do more than just a 303 sound?
