I just read an email on AH from the guy. The keyboard controller is emu, the modular he didn't say. Again if I hear back I'll update the post. I also invited him over here to comment himself. Will see...
the keyboard is an e-mu 4060 polyphonic keyboard. and there are some other circuit boards that have emu on them. I don't know what the story is, it was made as a huge polyphonic modular with 4 huge voice boards using SSM2020/2030/2040/2050, so 3xVCO, VCF, 3xVCTG, VCA per "voice" Emu did use these chips and sold kits with them, this is different, so most seem to think it was someone that worked at emu that made it. I have no idea. It's at least part emu. The 2030s and 2040s sound incredible, the 2040 is probably my favorite filter.
Not an emu....
ReplyDeleteWhat is it then, smartypants?
ReplyDeleteIt's just fashion unless it's all patched up.
ReplyDeleteLooks like an Ozni.
ReplyDeleteI sent an email to the owner of the shots. Will see what he comes back with.
