These sound as much 200e as Hendrix sounded dry guitar.

Mortals can not know the 200e's inner workings. It plays the music of the Gawdz.

One can surmise that this music is merely a random walk through a jacobian matrix of an inverse locarian mode-space... But they'd be wrong.
Only the tape-saturation achieved by re-recording this on the magnetic stripe of an Amerikan Excess card will remove the 7 veils of illusion, and let you activate your own buchla-chakra, and bring an end to Xenu's 7 billion years of tyranny.
