ReplyDeleteThese are shots from david kristian's setup. If you haven't heard anything by him, he uses tons of analog sounds in his tracks. Some of his works seem to be drone-based ambient sort of thing. Other is more upbeat and filled with neat melodies.
ReplyDeleteWhy the hell was the LP hyped as something "new" when this awesome synth was built over 20 years earlier? And the Little Phatty doesn't even have knobs as cool as the one on the Source.

ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me!? Have you ever played a Source? Okay, you are somewhat right, the Moog Source isn't known for it's knobs, it's known for it's knob (singular). It's only got one knob, but it's the best damn knob on any synth ever. So smooth; it's like an endless rotary on swiss bearings.
