Neat synth.
ReplyDeleteStill, I can't see why he'd sell a Fusion, a Wasp, and some Serge and end up with the Phatty.
Sonically, one sort of knows what one can expect from a Phatty.
Curious to see what he thinks of it.
I haven't liqidated everything ;)
ReplyDeleteI still have:
3 Keyboards: PEK, LP & VL-1
4 Modules: Q, MicrowaveXT, Planet Earth & Nord Modular
1 Modular Analog Synth: The Mighty Serge ^_^
1 Piano: Baldwin Acrosonic Spinet
Software: Reaktor, Absynth, Albino & some freebies...
Lots of outboard gear...
Thats *plenty* of stuff to make music with. :)
The LP is fantastic! I've been playing the LP all night and already have about ten of my own patches programmed. Maybe its just nostalgia for the "Moog" sound (my first synth was a Moog Rogue bought new in the store). I'm totally in love with the Little Phatty's sound...its exactly what I hoped it would be! I wanted an excellent bass/lead synth with "that sound"... I got it :D
