Roy at Modular Moog

Anyone know what he's messing with? Underside of a keyboard?

  1. That´s not a modular Moog, it is a MiniMoog to the left and an ARP 2600 to the right.

The keyboard from the ARP is below that metal thing, still with closed lid.

  2. Yep, the title of the shot is kind of odd. Wonder if he thought the 2600 was a Moog.

  4. Nah. Someone told him that's where they hid the cookie jar. ;)

  5. The keyboard action is being removed from the Arp, probably for contact cleaning or a key that feels weird.
The enclosure for the keyboard action is below it.
Only takes 4 screws to get there. :)

  6. I don't recall my 3620 keyboard looking that way - that must be a 3604.

There are some 3620 Pratt-Reed keyboard close up pics showing an old bushing and J-wires here: http://www.sonic.net/~dlmanley/Arp3620PrattReedKeyboard/
