Welly welly welly. Looks like their Technos Acxel is up for grabs for an undetermined amount, although they're hinting at five figures based on a recent eBay quote.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately this quote was based on an asking price, not the final sale value.
If I was a squillionaire, I'd offer six. But it sure would be nice to hear some sound samples first, especially since the one ear-witness commenter on the Engadget (via Music Thing) link I embedded up above calls the re-synthesis effect "turd-like."
Still, a couple thousand LEDs sure are sparkly as shit, and I am hopelessly drawn to it like a frikken magpie.
