  3. Yeah, I know, right?! When I buy a real live modular synth I want to hear it making the sweet soothing sound of simple sine waves I could get my $50 Casio to make. How dare he exploit such modulation possibilities! ;)

    You clearly missed the sarcasm in this post:

    The point being made was that what someone called a "static, unpleasant noise" was demonstrating the modulation capabilities of this synth. It's a waste of patchpoints to make $50 "simple sine waves" on a piece of gear with "such modulation possibilities". But hey, everyone's entitled to sharing their opinions.

  7. for all of the wires plugged into that synth and to get the crackling sound you can get with any cheap AM transistor radio thats low on batteries?? either that thing is toast or the dude needs some skills.
