Cool, thanks for the link & please pardon the flubs...
ReplyDeleteSICK! You're sure to get the hot synth geek rock chix fo' sure dude! Honestly, quite amazing. Eddie would be proud.
ReplyDeleteboring rock rubish
ReplyDeleteyeah..lets hear more mega synth banjo sounds..
ReplyDeleteYeah we want exciting techno rubbish instead ;)
ReplyDeleteBravo... all the sequencing of the drums? Exciting demo... even though I am not a fan of rock music but it got me engaged!
ReplyDeleteFor what it is, very nicely played.
ReplyDeleteThe reaction of an Eddie-worshipping guitarist friend pointed out after he watched: "Why do keyboard players always want to be guitarists?"
Valid point Walkathon.
ReplyDeleteI always wanted to be a guitarist. I started out on a Lowrey Organ at 4, but by 12 I regretted the decision upon the advent of all the rokken guitarists out there, waking it up for the bitches. Nothing's cooler to a 12-year-old in 1982 (apparently).
For glorious wankmanship keyboardists had "Jump" and guitarists had, well, just about everything else. I wasn't into "synth pop" at this formative age, I liked rock.
So now I'm 37 and still wishes there was some way to be in a heavy duty rock band without "wimping in down" with the stigma of additional keyboards. So once and a while I'll break out a tune like "Hot For Teacher" and enjoy the much-greener grass on the other side.
Otherwise... ugh. Might as well Jump. Off a bridge...
1st paragraph: waking = wanking.
ReplyDeleteTypos = double farts
"Why do keyboard players always want to be guitarists?"
ReplyDeleteWhy does Eddie Van Halen want to be a keyboardist?
Nice playing, but how much better would this have sounded with the keyboard audio routed into the camera?
ReplyDeleteToo many synth demos are ruined by the rubbish sound of built-in camera microphones.
JD-800 FTW!
ReplyDeleteSynthrock ALWAYS pwns.
Not all cameras have external audio inputs.
ReplyDeleteWhy not take your own great camera with audio ins and make your own video?
Then we can all see how talented YOU are!
THE DUDE CAN PLAY...
ReplyDeleteRock on London!
ReplyDeleteRock over Chicago!
