Nice Combo

Cool shot via this Craigslist post.

"The Moog Taurus II Controller Pedals, but instead of interfacing with the wimpy Rogue Synth, instead, I have the thick, fat, and Programmable sound of the Moog SOURCE..."

  1. I seem to recall reading that Mike Rutherford, at some point in the 80's, ditched his actual Taurus pedals (or did he have a custom set like Chris Squire?) for a MIDI foot-pedal board and a Moog Source.

I'd be happy to have the Source without the foot pedals. :-)

  2. Rogue: two vcos into Moog filter. Live knobs.
Source: two vcos into Moog filter. One edit knob.

I'd rather have it with the Rogue.

  3. I seem to recall a Phil Collins video where someone was playing Taurus pedals with their fists. Maybe it was Live Aid.. can't remember. It was live though.
