Coldcut/DJ Food used to impress me back in the 90's. But now their stuff seems gimiky and juvenile compared to what's being made by more current electronic artists.
ReplyDeleteThe old Ninja Tune will still always be classic stuff though.
The Ninjas still doin' it for me up to today and Coldcut's outstanding Solid
ReplyDeleteSteel Radio show ís my alltime radio favourite. They basically created the cut'n paste genre back in the 80s and their use of sampling and blending
styles have been a big inspiration for me.
