Detroit Electronic Music Festival 2007

Title link takes you to a flickr set of the event, including some great live shots, sent my way via Mark Strauss (StirHouse).

"The big modular is Robert Rich's MOTM being carried out after his set. Some more pictures of him performing here."

  2. Ah, yes... Robert Rich. A *very* cool dude for sure! Had quite an interesting chat with him at a show he did in Toronto last year. His music is spine tingling to say the least. And his rig was the envy of the techno-geeks in the crowd (including me). Great location too. Church Of The Holy Trinity is acoustically perfect for his sort of offerings. Several of us brought blankets and pillows with us so we could stretch out and chill to the music.

  4. the soundfield mic that was used to record it was the same one used, in the same place, as the Cowboy Junkies Trinity Sessions (hence Church of the Holy Trinity).

Man I dig those Soundfield mic's.
