is that rust on the top?
ReplyDeletecould this V8 have been damaged in hurricane katrina?
proceed with extreme caution, gamblers!
Notice this detail:
ReplyDeletethe original XLR sockets that the Voyetra 8 had for MIDI conection (yes, they did not care that much for rules) are exchanged for DIN sockets. So it is not in the original version. But I understand the reason for this modification very good. But a special self made adapter cable would have been optical more elegant way of doing it.
keep on turning these knobs
Till "Qwave" Kopper
Having made that adapter cable for my V8 I think I'd rather have this mod, done w/ a little more attention to detail. Almost gave this guy a call to help troubleshoot but figured there are several net surfers far more qualified than myself to help.
ReplyDeleteV8s rust easily all by themselves.
ReplyDeleteIf Katrina flooded it, it'd be a lot worse than this.
Proceed with knowledge, not suspicion, musicians.
