  2. You'd think that if that person could get 7 of them they'd spring for an 8th?

  4. I don't get this. It just looks like a bunch of oscs lined up on top of the CS-80 for show. What's been modded? Has every osc in the CS-80 been replaced by an external Buchla? Plus, this looks like crap anyway.

  7. Sweet. It looks like each of those modules is two oscillators by the knob pattern, does anyone know? I'll bet it sounds amazing, and stays in tune better than the Yamaha.

Does anyone know who's studio that is?

  8. Are these actually connected... is this a mod? It doesn't look like it to me. I mean a few of them are not level... surely you'd level them if it was a mod. Also the circuitry is exposed which would lead me to think it's not a permenant mod.

Matrix are you sure this is a mod?

Very cool studio in the background though.

    Hmmm?

Does the difference only become appearent to those who have lost the ability to get an erection... is that the kind of age we are talking about?

  13. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod

for synth related connections there is always The Who. i dont know what kind of age it takes to know something about the 60's and 70's, but i would assume analog synthesizer enthusiasts would have some exposure to the culture of that era.

  14. The Yamaha has linear tracking.
    The Buchlas are exponential.
It would be quite a mod, but the kids are alright.
