Buchla 200e and Haken Audio Continuum

Gorgeous shots sent my way via Richard Lainhart of his Buchla 200e and Haken Audio Continuum. Title link takes you to a couple more.

To see what someone with this gear is working on and with (people and gear), check out Richard's O-Town Media.

And yes, samples of the two will be coming. : )

And a nice Matrixsynth by Richard Lainhart. : )

  3. of course not. you've got too much money for your ability to use google and use deductive reasoning.

now i think your 8000 noise eliminator is primarily to handle an inability to use star grounding.

  5. The Buchla doesn't remember patch cords, but the 210e does remember connections in its matrix. You can have up to two of those in a system. Which gives you a start at patch cord memory. Much better than nothing, plus the 210e is a matrix mixer, so you have attenuation and mixing of sources to the outputs.

So true. Why not visit and eat Foie Gras with me on the esplanade. It goes well with a 1963 Dow.

Wow, it's like you know my soul.

Here's a tune I made a bunch of years ago that features a lot of ground hum:

At the time, I was doing a lot of sampling of ground hum, and other hums.
