ReplyDeleteNo matter how hard I tried, I usually end up programming a sound that goes Ba-woi-woi-woing on mine. I sampled most of the rhythms years ago, and I've been caught plugging a VL-1 into a set of guitar pedals to add a whole new dimension.
ReplyDeleteIt'd be fun to set up a Casio orchestra filled with VL-1s and SK-1s, although I'm sure some snobs with CZ-101s would try to crash the party.

ReplyDeleteI've got the Trio 'Da Da Da' song on vinyl, and let me tell you, in the sub-basement ultra-hi-fi system I've got set up, it rocks beyond all that is imaginable.
