  2. Problem is she doesn't mention that you will wait months and months for anything that you order.

  5. I think I'm still waiting, and I live in the year 54,000 right now, just a little to the left of Pittsburgh.

  6. Yeah same here, i keep getting excuse after excuse from her over the reason for the delay. I wonder if i'll ever see my modules...or my money. :(

  7. I guarantee she's just trying to get people to buy slow-moving items with the threat of a price increase.

  8. I concur with the other posters.
Caveat emptor. You're lucky to ever
get your stuff. Worst decision I ever made.
    Waiting for months now.

    Can anyone say Mail Fraud???

  9. What's with Cyndustries? Everyone I've talked to is really unhappy... not getting their orders, not getting straight stories from Cynthia, can't get their money back, etc. Sounds like a sucky situation for anyone who's tried to do business with them. What's the word for when you take people's money but don't deliver the goods ? Oh yeeeah... STEALING. Cyndustries better get it's act together before the sheriff arrives. Cripes what drama :-(

  10. maybe shes got some personal stuff going on, or maybe there are manufacturing delays. few people understand whats involved in manufacture much less trying to run a small business. if you guys really want this addressed, email her with a link to these comments instead of calling her a thief. i suspect theres a legitimate reason for the delay. ive been waiting for a new synthi since 1802... BC!

  11. Good Business Rule #1 - DON'T TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY UNTIL GOODS ARE READY TO SHIP

  12. Most of us understand and are very sympathetic to the challenges of small synth manufacturers. But none of these challenges are any excuse to be lying again and again to customers about product and ship dates. I've heard of too many bad experiences (and I've experienced 'em firsthand) with Cyndustries. There are several very upfront and honorable synth makers who deserve our loyal business... I certainly wish Cyndustries was one of them. Hope they get their sh*t together soon.

  13. Just curious. Why don't you guys just buy what's available directly from Analogue Haven?

  14. Wow look at all this. Thank goodness I'm not alone in this predicament (oh wait, that's not such a good thing is it?). I made a large order with Cynthia a year and a half ago which is still unfulfilled... about six more pieces to go. I have been so frustrated by Cynthia's lack of responsiveness and broken promises (hellooo cynthia???). Every time I ask about my order, it's on the bench or it'll be just a couple of weeks now. And every time I've been disappointed. Month after month after month. So yeah I'm pissed. Sounds like others are too. Maybe we need to start a support group and do something about it.

Matrix asks a good question and I would've ordered from AH had they carried Cynthia stuff at the time and also carried more than just the ZO. Sean has proven, unlike some people, what great customer service and communication can achieve. I totally recommend em!!!!!

  15. I agree Shawn at Analogue Haven is awesome and i would have bought the cyndustries stuff thru him *if*:

    A) Shawn sold more than just the ZO
    B) I knew before hand the problems with Cyndustries that I and everyone are experiencing now.

sigh, I should have spent the $3500 I gave cynthia on more Modcan modules.
