Uhhhh... where's the imitation?
ReplyDeleteYeah, most analog synths can make that sound...
ReplyDeletethat was kind of an anticlimax, yes.
ReplyDeleteJust a simple filtered square - again, ANY synth can do that. 2600 imitation - whatever.
ReplyDeleteanyone who claims the 106 can do a good 2600 obviously wouldn't know what to do with a real 2600, so let them be happy with their 106.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping to see an old roland synth covered in mini jack sockets, litteraly trying to imitate a 2600!!
ReplyDeleteIt has 6 oscilators a filter and an amp so in theory you could do it.
Of course then I would have to have stern words with you about ruining a classic bit of kit!!!
What!? 2600 imitation? Come on dood.
ReplyDeleteThe 106 is the first synth I ever had, and Im sorry to say that it sucks. I dont know what this guy is smoking, but I would like some.
