To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.

Where do you buy stands like that? I need a couple? z808@tx.rr.com
ReplyDeletei was just about to comment the same thing! i need a couple of nice, tall a-frames like that too. please answer here if you can help!
ReplyDeleteNice Mel, you got them all right!!!
ReplyDeleteAs for the stands, they're custom made by myself, they're much nicer and sturdier than anything available for purchase, but cost a little more just in raw material. It's brushed aluminum tubing with AIS die-cast clamps, the synths are held by brushed aluminum flat-bars bent 90 degrees on one side with rubber pads on the inside, the flat bars are screwed on the tubing with a piece of machined nylon in between the two.
