  1. perhaps you would consider redoing this video (which I am interested in what your saying) and turn the music down so we can actually hear what your saying.

  2. he's literally saying that if that thing worked you'd be impressed and that he cannot produce a product like the prototype in small numbers. he went on to point out things that evidently didn't work on the prototype even when it was unplugged. i stopped watching after that.

  3. HI there !

I made the video as a bit of an experiment : I never thought it would turn up outside of a small number of acebook freinds, so sorry its so rough : it was done quickly....

Well, you know it does work, and it sounds great ! Its not without its rough edges, but I love it.

I then go on to say the buttons dont depress, because they catch on the case, which is not a powered function.

Come on guys, it was only a private experiment, and I wasnt expeting to find it here !

    Cheers,

    Arron

  4. Dude, I don't know or care whether your video sucks, but I do know that you posted a link to it on the Analogue Heaven mailing list, which, the last time I checked, counts as members a few thousand more people than "...a small number of acebook friends..."

Criticism is your friend--don't shrink from it.

  5. Sure : in retrospect you are correct : and I take your comments onboard.

When I have time will make a better a video, and show it running with a P3 sequencer or something , and actually plug it in, and mix the sound correctly ;)

And your right about the AH list thing : i always see it as a very transient list, and tend to just skim it, but as you say there are lot of readers out there.

    appreciate you comments :

  6. After listening to 10 seconds of the video, I skipped around to see if the voice/music mix got any better. It didn't, so I lost interest and quit watching.
