Not a bad short article to read if considering getting into vintage synths. Always seems some upkeep on the suckers at first, but once you get them going again they'll last a good while usually unless you start beating on them. They've lasted this long, if you take care of them and their probs now then they ought to last at least a good double or triple the time or more for you then originally expected. Always exceptions tho.
