Anyone know the difference between the Plus and the L.A.M.M. or if they are actually the same?

The Plus has nothing on the LAMM. Actually when Rudi Linhard gets a plus to add the LAMM upgrade, he has to remove the "plus" features just to get the LAMM mod to work properly. The PLUS adds a primitive sequencer and primitive MIDI. The LAMM adds total CC control of every knob and button on the machine as well as velocity and aftertouch which can be assigned to any parameter on the machine (this must be triggered from a MIDI keyboard with velo and aftertough though since the Moog keyboard did not have these features) Hope this helps.
ReplyDeleteBasically, LAMM is an upgrade for the memorymoog performed by a company named linntronics.
