(They were made in the late 1970's, maybe until 1980 or 81 at the latest.) It's an awesome sounding synth , with that unmistakabley rich warm analog sound you get from Moog oscillators and filters. This synth has 2 oscillators, and tons of routing possibilities for the modulation and ribbon controller. The ribbon is a very cool feature, as are the touch sensitive keys which allow you to vary the amount of modulation you bring in depending on how hard you depress the key. This model was loaded with a surprising amount of features for a synth this size, and some of them, such as the keyboard touch feature or the ability to morph from one waveform into another, are definitely unique to the Multimoog."
