Note the Triadex Muse is considered to be the first digital synth. It was produced in 1972. One is also featured as a prop in the movie Brainstorm staring Christopher Walken. ReplyDeleteI used to work in a building in the RTP where they filmed part of Brainstorm. The labs were really cool looking. This would have been at home in the odd, angular shaped building which is now inhabited by Glaxo Smith Kline.
