  4. talk to paul @ synth tech about ridiculous - i love the way people defend their inability to meet any schedule - "you should be thankful you ever get anything - these people are gods!"

  5. if you can do it better, then do it yourself. just because YOU have nothing better to do than sit around complaining here all the time doesnt mean that other people, like cynthia or paul, dont have a million other things going on. delays happen. if you cant deal with it then dont bother ordering from them. patience is a virtue.
