i think it is not so "news" but still in the "top 5" of all times if you will
Wow! Amazing set! Looks great!
ReplyDeleteThat thing is a work of art.
ReplyDeleteStill the coolest looking modular creation.
ReplyDeletelooks cool.i just don't get all the facination with modulars. sorry, perhaps a bit ignorant of me but I find 10,000 patch cords hanging around my face not only distracting but also ugly.
ReplyDeletePerhaps it's the neat-freak in me that hates seeng "spaghetti" hanging off of electronic equipment. That's why behind my rack, you'll find neatly cable-tied symmetric cable runs, with everything labeled, color coded, and easy to identify and replace.
Looks nice but WE ARE NOT AMUSED. :o]
i would have to say routeing any modulation source (jack, current type, and voltage level predicated) to any sound generation or modification point is a big draw form me. i don't play my synth with their keyboards (if they have one) to often.
ReplyDeleteit also looks pretty bad ass. :)
sick, sick, SICK!
ReplyDeleteUnquestionably the coolest looking modular set up ever, but I would live in constant fear of an H.R. Geiger/Aliens monster popping out from behind and sucking my brain out.
ReplyDeleteCame in here just to blurt out something about Geiger also. +1 to anonymous
ReplyDeleteI, for one, salute our new alien overlords.
