
"The proprietary 720KB 3.5" floppy-drive went south four years after its purchase and the dealer asked $250 to replaced it! I searched for the drive's pin-out on the internet and soldered a flat-cable with matching pin configuration for a standard PC floppy drive. It's the same drive (with belt) used in SY-77."

The sounds on this machine are so-so (except when you layer a bunch of tracks together), but this machine wins hands-down in the sequencer department. It's the easiest sequencer I've ever used.
