  3. so how does one actually find this on the dumb VEMIA site?

I go into the modular category, and even search for synthi. It doesn't come up.

God, why did I bother to log into that terribly designed site again....

  4. That VEMIA site is retarded. That guy needs to redesign that entire site. It isn't intuitive at all.

Just put this stuff on eBay for christs sake.

  5. I agree that the site is less than user friendly. There is a MS-50 that I would love to have, but even finding it on the site took me 5 minutes and then to actually bid, well I couldn't make heads or tails of it.

  6. Here's the Synthi 100: link. I clicked on Auctions on top of the main page and did a search for EMS. Everything else came up so not sure what was with that, but I found it on the second page.

  8. ebay vs vemia

    hmmm...

With Vemia it is a proper auction where the auction house knows all bidders and seller as far as possible and act as a middle man. You get the gear and when you confirm it has arrived and is ok, they pay the seller. Saved me on one occasion when buying a modular as one module was missing. The seller is barred and I got a fair percent off because of that.
The guy who runs vemia knows his stuff and helps with shipping and packing and sorting out any issues.

    Try that with ebay.

That is why it works as a site, but yes, the webpage is crap, although once you know a few things it works fine.

Anyway, the Vemia auction is a great place to buy and sell stuff, especially if you are after rare interesting things.

  9. Nothing wrong with the vemia site unless the person using it is a nabb.

Great auktion, lovely items rarely seen.

  10. National Association of Buchla Buyers. As the owner of a Marimba Lumina, Dr. Future is irrefutably a NABB.
