Anyone know what this is in reference to? It seems vaguely familiar, but I forget.
I can't remember such claims against Quasimidi. This and the "STREET PRICE: $899" (it really isn't) line make me think that seller's just trying to get an exorbitant price.

Only thing I can think of that's even vaguely related is Roland suing DREAM SA (makers of the SAM9407 synth-on-a-chip, which powered the Polymorph, and possibly other Quasimidi synths too) for ripping and redistributing their GM sample collection.
ReplyDeleteIf that lawsuit by Roland v. Quasimidi over GM sounds is in fact true it's ironic because Roland had to discontinue their M-DC1 module and SR-JV80-06 DANCE cardbecause of a copyright lawsuit against them over the sounds.
