Kawai K3 RC2 RAM

via this auction

Note the seller has a ton of other items including some rack mount synths and cassette tapes of patches for various vintage synths including the Oberheim OB-8, Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 and much more. Funny thing is the tapes have vintage-synth.com printed on them. Vintage-synth.com (with the dash) just redirects you back to their Ebay store.

  1. Did you notice how it looks super close to the old Roland M-16C and M-64C. I just took the M-16C I have in my MKS-30 and it is very similar except that the on/off protect switch is place vertically and not horizontally. The connector however looks the same, and the shape of the whole thing is the exact same. I would be curious to know more about who built the things for the other. This first sprung to my mind when I actually noticed how familiar the box looked (even the RC2 reference seems to use the same font as Roland did for M-16/64C. The color scheme are also similar.
    Cheers,
    Xavier
