I just picked up a Speckie for XMAS (as a gift to myself) Its great and its FUN! I should have purchased one a long time ago...
ReplyDeleteIt lives here next to a buchla 200e and is just as fun to play and just as deep to program...if you are looking for a "Music Easel" for 2008, this is it.
Yes, I'm serious....its that deep. D/L the manual for OS 97L...The main drawbacks are a menu driven interface and it needs more knobs....
Nice vid. Beginer stuff tho, stuff I learned first night with one. Be neat to see more from him when there is more advanced stuff.
ReplyDeleteI agree, the Specki is a outstanding musical synth and I hope we get Version 1.0 soon.
ReplyDeleteThere should be a knob expander huh?
