  3. first 4 channels are AWM2 TG single voice performance sounds, rest were GM sounds except the drums. Drums are actually the best part of the QY. Not the greatest rompler engine to send the sounds through, but it has one, I even used hall1 master room effect, and all else considering age and size etc... It don't surprise me someone would think omg crappy samples. They are actually quite good samples in its rom, just extreamly dry. Takes some fiddling around to find certain sweetspots. Helps to have it hooked up to something like a CS1X for parm sweeps via knobage. Either way, one of the greatest hardware sequencers still in my opinion, sequence your other perfomances synths that don't have crappy samples in them with it. Its a beautiful little machine, sounds a bit crappy on its own yes, but no way I'd ever call it garbage.
