I don't think this is actually damage - those are the Buchla equivalent of the EMS 'Presto Patch' sitting on top of it - they are used to have a sort of 'preset' value for certain settings - as close to programmability as you can get on these synths. The post reads as though these are circuit cards that have been damaged or fallen out or some sort of mishap has befallen Charles' Buchla. OR am I reading too much into this?
