Looks like Analog Havevn to me. Anyone know where they moved to?
ReplyDeleteWould you happen to be hiring Mr. Grenader?
ReplyDeleteI could use a move from east to west and the place looks nice!!
looks very nic and comfy!!
ReplyDeleteg.
As near as I can tell from comments found on-line, Analog Haven split in two.
ReplyDeleteOne side founded Noisebug, and got the Plan B distribution and the old facility.
The other side keept the Analog Haven name, and distribution of the other existing lines (no Plan B,) and relocating somewhere.
Looks like the Analogue Haven webstore's back online and taking orders:
ReplyDeletewww.analoguehaven.com
Go get yer tyme sefari!
The last time I was there, there was mention of a Analog Haven store in Santa Monica. That would be soooooooooooooooo sweet. At least, for me.
ReplyDeleteThat's weird that there may be a 'split'.
ReplyDeleteI really like AH and hope it keeps a similar vibe.
it will be a slight pain not getting my Plan B and Livewire modules etc in the same order, more postage costs :-(
ReplyDeletehaving never been to AH in person I dont care where it is as long as the friendly people there give us customers what we want :-)
Is Santa Monica closer to LAX?
So many times I have thought it would be cool to just jump on a plane and go to AH :-)but then thats about 10 modules worth of gear :-)
Good to hear that Plan B is still around , great guy and great products ......Just make sure if this new place is some sort of art space, club, you have good security Peter, seems from the photos you will be above the space?
Santa Monica is closer to LAX than Ponoma. Santa Monica has a ton of post production studios as well. Makes it very easy for industry professionals to hang out locally on a lunch break and buy some fun toys. Analogue Haven in Santa Monica is the best news I have heard all year.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for it to open.
Imagine that. The only three Modular synth dealers in all of North America in Santa Monica (AH), Studio City (BCM) and Pomona (Noisebug). No better reason to fly out to LA.
ReplyDeleteDo NOT visit that noisebug link as there is a trojan horse downloader there.
ReplyDeleteRewire... You forgot to mention Moog Audio and Technopolis In Montréal, Québec, Canada
ReplyDelete;)
hopefully peter can now finaly finish larry's milton!
ReplyDeleteWhy does an IP address in the source code of the Noisebug page go to a porn site?
ReplyDeletei've been meaning to make a trip up from sd but now i'm just close/far enough that i could do it any time but i keep thinking i should slam dunk the trip by ordering for pick-up.
ReplyDeleteKakihara,
ReplyDeletehave you been to Technopolis lately?
last time i went, i found an empty store...
Technopolis gone? Now that you mention it I vaguely remember hearing about some a déménagement of some sort... but mmmmm... not to be a bitch but I really prefer Moog, they're much nicer and convivial people... who knows, maybe they'll then inherit of Doepfer distro too...
ReplyDeleteYes, this loft is above the Noisebug store. We've got our own entrance, our own restroom and alarm system so we can come and go even if Noisebug isn't there. It works out great.
ReplyDeleteThe great news is Sam Hernandez is making the move with us, and Jon Betton will also be helping out when his schedule permits...and we have two news guys starting this week: Sergio (who was working for the Analogue Haven store) and Dylan. The goal behind all this is to produce 40-50 units per week.
