Heh, and another Casio, plus a B3/Leslie, a beautiful Trek II covered in red/black vinyl, plus a bazillion jumpsuits in which to play your newly-acquired JB Casiotone. Would be great if he wrote "Living In America" on it.
Wonder whatever happened to that one Hammond he had that had "Godfather" spray painted in neon...
that is NOT James Brown's B3. that is a stock photo of a B3 and a 145 cropped.
James Brown's B3, which will live in infamy as the central character of a _legendary_ story on the HAMTECH list involving mechanical failure, rats, rental, theft, and subsequent police involvement, is finished in red tuck-and-roll vinyl with rhinestone "J" and "B" on the front panel.
now, i'm very glad to see this Liberation for sale. there's a JBs track which has a synth line which has ALWAYS sounded to me like a Liberation, and it's nice to finally see that there's a possibility i'm right.
WHAT!? I have no money! This would be legendary to own. Man, i need to make 4 grand on the quick.
ReplyDeleteYou missed the Hardest Working Casiotone in Show Business.
