"Lift Off" indeed
Update: see the Mattson Mini Modular forum for a note from George Mattson on the anniversary.
what is the name of that computer program? it looks like an digital oscilloscope of some kind?????
ReplyDeleteYou can find it here.
ReplyDeleteI use BlueCat Audios VST plug in o'scope instead of the real on I have stuck in the garage
ReplyDeleteheres a link http://www.bluecataudio.com/Products/Product_OscilloscopeMulti/
It's $49 USD which is a lot cheaper than most of the USB scopes and it tracks the waveform up to 16 channels simultaneously inside your DAW and can display a snapshot of 4 at once to compare ..that is something a real o'scope just can not do very well BlueCat says it is great for detecting phasing issues in your recording by running the different channels against each other in an XY grid but I just use it mostly just to peek at wave forms, its fun to see that perfect saw wave get whacked by some plug in (how nerdy is that?)
I guess for a pure modular rig you would need regular o'scope , but once the sound goes into a DAW your all set with the plug in version
I want to know how George took a picture of his own camera.
ReplyDeletevia the matrix of course. ;)
ReplyDeleteAfter one year wouldn't it be MMMI?
