  2. I recall reading somewhere that Karl Bartos quit Kraftwerk after they asked him to spend a year with one of those things. Guess he didn't have fun.

  3. I still regret passing on one of those up for sale and reasonably priced in the early 90s. The one thing that makes me wonder. With a lot of old pots like that I'd suspect they send a value out now and again without touching them. That could be very confusing if it happens to some random parameter. I'm curious if they stopped making them because the company folded or maybe they had issues that needed to be solved?

    As for Bartos, that doesn't sound right, the time frame sounds wrong, I mean weren't they Synclavier-based by then? But who knows.

  4. While I share their lust for knobage, some things are better done with a computer interface. I would prefer to use Dr.T's XOR than this thing.
