Three Models of the Moog Taurus Pedals?

If you read the description of this post you will see mention of three versions of the Moog Taurus Pedals. I was only aware of two, so I thought maybe there was a revision of one of the two at some point. I checked with a respected synth enthusiast and he also is only aware of two models. If anyone knows of a third or some revision that might lead to one referencing three versions, let us know.
