Cinematic session 4 recording the Yamaha GS 2 with Murf Noise rhythm
YouTube via RothHandle
"Hey hey,
These are some short films recorded during the sessions for a soundtrack that me and
Matti Bye are working on. The score is for a Norwegian film called Vegas. It is about three young kids in Bergen, Norway and it really is a moving thoughtful and sometimes feverish film. Its a great film to work with and we are turning the Studio inside out trying to find motifs, moods and atmospheres. So far we have recorded 17 pieces and we feel very confident and pleased with how it is turning out.
This film shows Matti recording the studios Yamaha GS-2. A very odd and interesting FM synth.
This film was shot at my studio, Roth Händle studios. The studio is located in Sundbyberg, Sweden 10 min from the center of Stockholm. The studio is based around the collection of odd instruments, effects and sonics. If you are curious to find out more about the studio please visit www.roth-handle.nu If you are curious about the music that is made there search for Molesome on Myspace.
Thank you for watching."
