Wonder what all those D-connectors on the back are for? Weird.
ReplyDeleteThe accordion pit reminds me of some Elka organs, both Elka and Crumar are Italian (or were, I guess). If I was to go all CSI I'd say this was an Elka/Crumar prototype taken into America by an Italian accordianist/organist in the 70s, going by the design of the keys, reminiscent of cheap organs at the time.
ReplyDeleteFrom my earliest memories I remember seeing Jean Michel Jarre performing "live" and there was a very strange guy playing an instrument that now I truly believe is this one from the post.

ReplyDeleteI also have the very same thing. Serial No 2 (no letters just 2) I also just have the base unit so have never heard it. I wonderif there is any further info. If you know anything further please post your comments. I am in 2 minds wether to donate mine to the Crumar museum. Let me have your thoughts please. Neil
