I actually have this little keyboard. It's a Bontempi MusicPartner MS40 Electronic Full Chord Play organ.
Controls are:
Volume: Min - Max
Chord Memory: Off, On
Vibrato: Off, On
Sound Selector: 1, 2, 3
Power: Off, On
Pitch: 1/+ knob
