    I met Richard Waters back in 1981. He came to an electronic music festival I hosted in Oregon. Excellent presentation and great guy.

      You old sweet talker. I had good time at that Festival. I remember the cops came due to the huge stack of speakers. They were so loud I had to move back about 1/4 of mile to save my ears. Richard Waters
