ReplyDeleteAngel! Isn't that the band that Punky Meadows was in as lead guitarist... (oh punky) made famous by the Zappa classic "Punky's Whips"
ReplyDeleteI hate these stupid-ass lists, and people pore over them like they are gospel. You can't quantitatively rank something like this, obviously.
ReplyDeleteUtter tripe.
What about ELTON JOHN !!!
ReplyDeleteI'll concede that the majority of his songs are not ROCK songs per se, but he has enough rock songs that he should be way up on the list. Love lies bleeding, Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting, All the Young Girls Love Alice, etc.
Ah, a highly controversial list, probably voted on by 10 or so media dweebs, who know better than the anone else.
ReplyDeleteI hate critics. Let me get a quick one in, that I'm glad Lester Bangs is DEAD!
