"The first installment of the Flam Clap Clavicle Suite.
Moog Voyager + Talkbox (E.Goldhammer)
Electric Guitar + Wah Wah Pedal (D.Blair)
Found all this great public domain footage a while back and never came up with a good use for it until now. Came up with some twisted moogloops. Spit some of the lyrics from Max Fleischer's Color Classic "Dancing on the Moon" (1935) through the Moogbox...and this is what came out.
All other moonlapses come from my personal archive of New England lunar activity.

With all the Buzz over "3D" these days, it's easy to forget that there were cartoons in 1935 experimenting with "3D" landscapes that are pretty fantastic.
This is for y'all to dance to it slow/ 'cause it's fantastic."
Hi Ethan,
ReplyDeleteWow! That was extremely awesome! I don't usuallly comment on this site, but that was off the fuckin hook! Seriously, I think I could watch remixed vintage cartoons all day! Thank you!
