JEN SM 2007 String Machine Synthesizer

via this auction

"JEN SM 2007 String Machine Synthesizer. Jen Electronics was a company that was aquired by Crumar with Eminent and eventually all of those companies got aquired by ARP.

This is the grand daddy of all string synths of 70's and 80's. Once you play it you will see how lush the sound is of the string ensemble.

This synth has organ section, solo of Violin, Viola, and Cello, and ensemble for all of the sections with Auto Sustain or manual Sustain, Attack and you can also adjust the tone of the sound from slim to fat and warm. This synth is in perfect condition. The Violin slider is missing the cap but that does not affect its functionality."

  1. For a minute I thought this was my synth because mine is also missing the violin knob.

  2. I've got one too but I want to sell it. Anyone you know who would like to have it? What can I ask for it?

    Greetings

  3. Hi, I still have the violin knob, but three of my keys are chiped. I'd also really like to know more about this machine!
