ReplyDeleteOMG! SWEET!! I live in Austin! and I am SO going there! :) TSF
ReplyDeleteHi! I attended that grand opening and it was SO cool! There were lots of people enjoying looking at all the synths and taking pictures and listening to live synth music. All the synths are well displayed too, the Juno-6/60/106 and Jupiter6 are all on one A-frame stand and the DX-7/9/11 are on another etc. I think its a cool idea to have them set up that way. I went to the store again today to visited the Jupiter-6 again and the DX-7 and Juno-60. The people that work there are so nice and are always willing to help. If you want to discuss synths, they are always so very helpful. I am so thankful that Switched On is here in Austin, it's a great place to take synths that need repair and a little TLC. It is so awesome to see so many sweet synthesizers. They have 2 Jupiter-6s! The Jupiter-6 sounds amazing! I would have stayed there all day if I could. It is something else to be able to play and enjoy a variety vintage synths all in one place. :)TSF
